If you share in the mission of Texas Health Resources, to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve, we want to hear from you. We are currently seeking a dynamic, hard working Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department.
In order to qualify for this position you must meet the following criteria:
* Associates Degree in Nursing
* Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
* Minimum 2 years nursing experience
* Current BCLS/CPR and ACLS certification required
* Strong, positive interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
Texas Health Presbyterian of Kaufman opened its door on April 29, 1979 as a 50 bed acute care facility. We are now licensed for 91 beds and have a wide range of services which include Labor and Delivery, Acute Care, Rehab, MRI, Mammograms and many more.
Texas Health Presbyterian of Kaufman is commissioned by the Joint Commission and in 2008 earned the Pathway of Excellence for our clinical services. We support our surrounding communities by conducting health fairs and participating in numerous community events during the year. We are very proud to partner with organizations in order to provide needed services to improve the health of the people in the community we serve.

***Shifts will be 7p-7a and variable mid shifts.
This is a PRN II position. In order to maintain a PRN II status you must work at least 32 hours per month, one weekend shift per month and work one major and one minor critical staffing shift.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman is a 91-bed hospital located in Kaufman, Texas, just 35 miles southeast of Dallas. This facility features an ICU, a fully equipped Medical/Surgical Department, three Labor-Delivery and recovery rooms, a Wound Care Center, Physical Therapy, Imaging & Diagnostic Services and more.
