Qualifications:
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne has a RN - PRN Level II for Women's Services. Qualified candidates for the Maternal/Newborn RN - PRN will possess the following:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
Current RN license to practice in the state of Texas.
Two (2) years of experience in a Labor and Delivery/Newborn Nursery setting required.
Comfortable in the maternal child area of nursing.
Experienced computer skills for computerized charting.
Current BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
Current NRP certification and fetal monitoring experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
Completion of the PBDS competency assessment within 30 days of hire.
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast paced environment.

Duties
PRN: Level II: 6:45PM-7:15AM, variable shifts.

Minimum of 32 hours/month; 1 weekend shift/month, and 1 major and 1 minor critical staffing shifts.
