Texas Health Allen is currently seeking a RN, Admin House Supervisor PRN. If you are looking for a new opportunity, come join our team! Qualified candidates for this position will possess the following:
The Ideal candidate will be a graduated of an accredited school of nursing and have at least three (3) years of acute care nursing experience. Strong ICU or ER experience preferred.
Current Texas RN license/or eligible for licensure by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
Must possess a high degree of confidentiality, nursing judgment and critical thinking skills, positive interpersonal skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BSN; management experience
Duties:
Monitors and determines bed availability and coordinates bed assignments.
Work with other team members to resolve patient issues.
Communicate with other care providers in a timely, accurate and complete manner
Performs as resource/instructor of technical skills
Utilize two patient identities before administering medications or blood products
